Identity Theft

One of the leading Liberal opponents of ID cards and anti-terror legislations, Mark Oaten MP resigned today as Lib Dem home affairs spokesman, after some embarrassing allegations of not-at-home affairs.

The UK Government is currently proposing to abandon the Wilson doctrine, which has supposedly protected MPs from surveillance.


In spy novels, it generally turns out that the rent-boy was employed by the KGB. Poor Mr Oatcake.

  1. If your supposition is correct, that would mean that the KGB are still using rent-boys, but our lot have graduated to high-tech boulders. Allegedly.

    There's definitely a joke somewhere in there about what you find if you turn rocks over, but I can't think of a printable one.....
